Nothing but positive experiences with Affordable. Rex guided us through the insurance claims process after a hailstorm several years ago. The job and the cleanup were excellent. A week ago Rex made a fix to a small design flaw in our roof at no charge even though it had nothing to do with the company's original work. I'm very pleased with Affordable Roofmasters.

Rex explained to me how the insurance claim process was structured & he helped advise me before calling in my claim. Having Affordable Roofmasters on my side from the beginning really helped make my re-roof job go smoothly. I was initially intimidated by the process but Rex helped put my mind at ease. When my roof was replaced the crew was punctual & paid attention to all the small details. Overall, if I needed to file a roof claim again, I would not hesitate to use Affordable Roofmasters.

I highly recommend Affordable Roofmasters and Rex. I have used them for multiple projects and each time the work was done with superior professionalism and finished promptly. Rex is incredibly responsive (he answers the phone every time I call, which is a rarity in contractors these days), and incredibly knowledgeable. He does an outstanding job helping to manage any issues that come up with the insurance claims process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind in a process that can be confusing. I consider Rex and Affordable Roofmasters to be a superb value.

Rex is amazing! I have several properties that all sustained roof damage and Rex made everything from meeting the adjuster to scheduling all the repairs fast and easy. Very professional and with his vast experience of dealing with insurance companies, he made the whole process painless and saved me from a HUGE headache!
