He provided exceptional customer service, a great price, answered all of our questions and followed through on what he'd promised. We ended up with a higher quality roof than we'd had before at a fraction of the price others quoted, no money out of pocket and an excellent warranty. The guys doing the installation were great, and once the job was complete and payment submitted, he and the people at Aspen responded immediately to get the paperwork my insurance company required for our homeowner discount.
