Jason and his team were very easy to work with and listened to my concerns regarding the insurance part of the coverage. He helped me and communicated well with the adjustor from my insurance company. Their work easily passed inspection from regional building. We recently suffered severe hail damage. Our roof was a total loss, we had interior leaking and exterior window trim, siding and doors were damaged. Jason from Big Creek Roofing met our insurance agent on site, brought our roof up to county code requirements and fixed all the incidental damage. Jason responded quickly and professionally to my call. He came out and inspected what I thought was a very slow leak (small water stain on ceiling, no actual dripping), and ended up recommending I just keep an eye on it, take pictures and call him again if it changes over time. I appreciated that he did not try to up-sell me into unnecessarily removing parts of the roof to take a deeper look - and thus unnecessary charges at this time! A different company may have tried to do this, just to make a quick buck, but Jason provided honest, free, and prudent advice and walked away. He was professional and I feel confident in his judgment at this time.

We had an insurance claim for a hail damaged roof and used Big Creek for the work. The whole process - from initial assessment through meeting with our insurance adjuster to the actual roof replacement - was completed in a professional and timely manner. All permits and paperwork were efficiently handled by Big Creek and we were kept apprised on all aspects of the process. A small amount of damage occurred during the replacement and it was handled seamlessly and to our complete satisfaction - We are pleased with the service and quality of the work done my Big Creek.
