Before Ryan got involved, the carrier was trying to get my client to settle for substandard work and refusing to follow Construction codes. Kevin did a great job repairing holes in a ceiling, was careful of my things around the work area, and cleaned up after both work days. Ryan has gone above and beyond to make sure our home was not only repaired, but made whole again. Communication was outstanding! Any time I had a question, I reached out to Ryan and he always answered promptly and explained the process and what next steps would be. We encountered an issue with a different contractor that was outside of Blue Ribbon's control, but when Ryan found out about it, he stepped in to help get things resolved. Way above and beyond! Jason Zambo5 StarSo to be honest me and Blue Ribbon did not get off on the right foot, as I didn't understand what was taking so long. I spoke with Ryan and after he explained to me that he does not do business like most contractors, and that he takes the time to go to bat for his customers with insurance companies, (witch mine was being difficult) everything got straightened out. Ryan cares about his customers, and advocates for them with the insurance companies to ensure that the customer gets what they need without getting screwed over or short changed by insurance. In my case, he even jumped through hoops that my mortgage company was putting up. The finished work that Ryan and the guys did is not only beautiful, but also top notch craftsmanship that went far beyond just meeting the minimum code requirements. Ryan expects his work to stand the test of time. I could not be happier. Thank you for everything you did to go above and beyond and make my home awesome!Sunday 23rd May 2021
