He examined the roof and gutters and provided photos of the work to be done. He also recommended a simple repair that corrected a potential roof leak! We requested for and subsequently had Cairn install a fire-rated, class A membrane because we live in the WUI. Ian went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and concerns.
