Our experience with Citywide Roofing and Exteriors was exceptional from day one. Initially I met with Justin. He inspected our roof and found what we'd expected. The winds we'd experienced the last couple months had damaged the roof. Justin helped me get my insurance claim started, met with the me and the adjuster when the claim inspection was scheduled and thoroughly explained what the process would be from beginning to end. There were no surprises! No hidden fees! Everything that was promised was provided (a wonderful change from all my recent customer service experiences)! During the adjusters visit we also discovered that our fence and deck skirting were damaged during the wind storms. Citywide sent Daniel to handle those repairs. The fence and deck look great! My roof looks great (so good that 4 of my next door neighbors have gotten inspections as well)! Thank you, Citywide Roofing and Exteriors for a seamless experience from beginning to end! Justin, Daniel, Alex and the crew are all awesome, professional, respectful of me and my home and great craftsmen! I HIGHLY recommend Citywide Roofing and Exteriors!

The best part was No Surprises! - he kept us informed and prepared the whole way. The crew who did the work was quick and efficient and left our yard in great shape. Excellent service from Citywide Roofing and Exteriors! I just had my concrete tile roof and gutters done due to hail damage and we are replacing the windows in the spring. I am a Catastrophic Insurance Adjuster by trade so I’ve seen a lot of roofing contractors in my day and my experience with Citywide has been very positive and professional. My Project Manager (Ryan Brown) did an excellent job working with the insurance adjuster and got everything bought that was damaged. Great customer service throughout the process with many visits to my home. As with any large project, there were a few minor issues that I pointed out and Ryan was quick to get them resolved. I got to know the Citywide team and the owner Jeff took the time to stop by my house to check on things and meet me. I recommended them to others in my neighborhood and they are very happy with their service as well. There are unscrupulous roofing contractors out there, but you can rest assured that Citywide is not one of them and will take care of you and your home. I highly recommend Citywide Roofing and Exteriors for any insurance claim or exterior needs on your home! David

After being hit with hail the door to door roofing solicitors came out of the wood work. Fortunately we received a recommendation for Citywide roofing from a friend. We received a complete and fair estimate,they worked with our insurance co to have some repairs the adjuster missed approved,there crew arrived when promised and did the complete job in just one day. My new roof is beautiful,high quality and we are set for the next 30 years. The clean up was also excellent. Thanks Citywide for making this process so painless .we will recommend you to all our family and friends. T

Never having been through a roofing repair before, it can be a bit intimidating. Chris and the whole Citywide crew really made this an easy and pleasant experience. From start to finish, they took good care of us and our home and we couldn't be more happy. We especially enjoyed working with David, the paint contractor, who was exceptional! (Hint - if you are having paint work done, specifically request David and his crew for the paint job - he was fabulous!) If you need roofing/painting work, this company is the one to go to! A 5-star thumbs up from us!
