I honestly can't recall when I last had such an exceptional encounter with a roofer providing me a project estimate. Our representative, Edward, truly exceeded our expectations. His courteous demeanor and eloquent answers when addressing my concerns were genuinely commendable. Every time I posed a question, his knowledgeable responses made me feel confident about employing their services. Edward's promptness was remarkable, and he ensured that the entire procedure was smooth from start to finish. Hats off to this phenomenal sales rep; if he isn't already aware of his excellent skills. This occurred in Federal Heights.

The first time I reached out to a roofing company was in 2013 as I was dealing with a leak. Ruben came over and replaced a handful of shingles for just $100, effectively solving the issue in a few short hours. This was impressive because other roofers seemed to only suggest replacing the entire roof. Fast forward to 2018, I finally had the opportunity to replace the entire roof and without a second thought, I called the same roofer due to the positive experience I had initially. The entire process was seamless, with Edward and his team accommodating and completing the task over a single weekend. Since then, I've not had any issues with my roof and it's looking fantastic. I'll surely give them a call for any future roofing needs I might have.

The crew at Clarke Family Roofers Corp executed an exceptional job for us, not just replacing our weather-beaten roof, but also refurbishing the eaves and soffits, finishing them off with vinyl. The team, featuring Ruben and Edward, were sincere, diligent, and unquestionably experts in their craft. After our recent move to Federal Heights, we knew that getting a new roof was one of the priority tasks for our home. Being new to the town, we did a quick internet search for top roofing services in the area, and found a brief list. The one that stood out had a plethora of 5 star ratings, over 20 years of experience and comments praising their 'do it right' attitude. Their A+ rating on BBB also caught our attention. The company passed our initial screening. We submitted a query through their website and within 30 minutes, we received a call to set up a morning appointment! Edward arrived, had a discussion with us, explained a few things and then inspected our roof. He spent a good amount of time up there and when he came down, he showed us footage of our roof, pointed out issues (which matched our house inspection report), and then presented us with a comprehensive presentation. He explained all options in great detail. The quoted price was reasonable and we decided to go with them for the task. Fast forward to the installation day. Ruben kept us informed multiple times before the installation, explained the entire process, kept us updated about the ordering process, and also gave us an expected arrival time. He also explained what happens when it rains and answered a few other questions I had about venting. Ruben's team arrived early on the scheduled day, started promptly, and completed everything swiftly. They were professional, kept us updated about the condition of our decking during the process. After they finished, they cleaned up so well that it didn't even look like a roofing company had been there. Surprisingly, we didn't even hear them working like we thought we would. From the initial contact, to Edward's visit, and then Ruben and his team's intervention, the roofing company was excellent and we have nothing but positive things to say about them. We're even planning to hire them for a gutter job on our house. We received a+ service from them!
