Brad Cavanagh5 StarMike quickly responded to a request to remove and reinstall a bathroom window for us. We had purchased a walk-in tub as part of our master bath remodel, and the only way it would go in was through the bathroom window. Mike’s price was fair, and he was thorough and timely in doing this the same day. He showed up, removed the window, waited for the rigger to move the tub, and then he reinstalled and sealed the window before nightfall. He returned the following day to touch up. You wouldn’t know the window had been removed. Highly recommend.Thursday 18th December 2025

Keith Sparzak5 StarMike/CMS were enlisted to do an unbiased third party assessment of damage done by wind and hail to my roof—as a result of an repair estimate dispute between my insurance company and another roofing company that I employed to do the repairs.
Mike did a thorough assessment, discovered additional damage of significance (which strengthened my case for a higher settlement from my insurance company), and provided a thorough documented and timely report on the damages.
He was also careful in his explanation of his findings .
Finally, Mike was professional and friendly.
