I had Colorado Superior Roofing & Exteriors inspect my roof for a leak around the chimney. They quickly diagnosed the problem which had not been resolved by another roofing company and did the repair in a very timely manner. I am happy to say I have not had a leak since they did the repair. I highly recommend this company for any and all roofing issues. They were prompt and reasonably priced for the work they performed. I have recommended them to several friends.

Overall we had a good experience with CSR. - Quote process was quick and easy. - Had to wait quite a while for them to start the work but that was due to overall shingle shortages, nothing on their part. Once they started, it was done very quick. - Received fairly quick responses via email when I had additional questions. Edit: Had to work with Superior a few times to get additional documentation for our insurance company and Kevin was amazing about getting back to me quickly with the relevant information.

This review uses a star rating aimed to not hurt or help this business as my only interaction was by phone in an effort to obtain a quote. I did not do business with this company. I did call to set up an estimate for either a full roof replacement or repair of the broken concrete tiles on our home. An answering type of service answered the call, took my contact information and said their sales team was all on calls, but someone would call me back in 15-minuites. A man called me back from their main number about 30 minutes later and I explained our needs briefly. In short, a large home with concrete tile roof in need if either repair or replacement. The caller, in a rude “I don’t want your business” way, said “my minimum to even look at anything is $2,500.” I told him a project of our scope is not going to start this way and I hung up. It was really odd, like he was doing me a favor. My initial call was to the Parker location, but the call back came from the main office in Lakewood. I originally added them to the companies I wanted quotes from as they had 5-stars on 44 reviews (Parker). Since my experience was so odd, I looked the company up a bit more. While their website says they have been in business since 2002, the secretary of state shows them registering under this name in 2015. There were similar names that have expired, but those even date back only to 2010, not 2002. Their website (and even Google) says “free estimates,” which clearly is also wrong or misleading from my direct contact. What also came up were building permits under the companies name in Douglas County, which dated back to only 2010. It is odd that they have only 44 reviews when they claim to be in business for 22 years and from the number of permits pulled in Douglas County (a lot). Lastly, Google also shows they were sued in 2019 for failing to pay $79K of workman’s comp insurance premiums over a two year period before the policy was canceled. Overall, I’m happy to have come across these issues before having them involved in our project as opposed to deal with problems down the line. I was able to secure three estimate appointments with other companies, all free and without any concerns on the calls. This interaction did have me look into the other companies further also and I eliminated one due to some findings there.

Very professional from start to finish. Jacob, Dominic and Pete were all understanding I'm a new homeowner. Were very patient and my roof looks excellent. They also left my property clean and safe of any debris. I am very satisfied.
