Cox Roofing was excellent. I worked mainly with Jose and he consolidated several jobs I needed done. I also needed to have my solar panels removed and be replaced and he coordinated the new roof replacement and the solar panels so they both got done in a timely manner. Jose was on site often, managing the roof replacement, and he made sure the inspection was finalized quickly. After the sole panels were replaced, he made sure that the solar company replaced the panels and the “critter-guard” was correctly installed. Everything looks great! Go with a different company, after convincing me to do an insurance claim and accepting the first pay out this company stoped communication. I’ve texted and called the office and the sales guy multiple times. Horrible customer service. They will tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing to follow through!

Highly recommend! They walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable (it’s my first house). It turns out I had less roof damage than I thought and Stephen did a free inspection and didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Now I’m getting exactly what I need. Honest, nice, and thorough.

Terrible company! Communication was terrible. They used the wrong color shingles on my house. They didn't do a very good job cleaning up either. Find a better roofing company
