ESS has now completed three projects at my house! One is a 400 ft.² Trex deck, they repainted the exterior of my house, and replaced my roof! They worked diligently to complete the projects to my satisfaction, and made the insurance process much easier. Honestly, I didn't think finding a reliable roofing contractor in Denver would be this easy. After the crazy hailstorm we had in June, our entire neighborhood looked like a roofing company convention with all the trucks driving around. Victoria from ESS Roofing & Exteriors came recommended by our neighbor who used them last year, and now I understand why. She knows the Front Range weather patterns inside and out and could tell just by looking at our roof exactly what kind of storm damage we were dealing with. Jacob handled all the insurance claim paperwork - seriously, he made that whole nightmare process actually bearable. When it came time for the actual roof replacement, Ray's crew knocked it out in two days despite the typical afternoon thunderstorms we get here in Colorado. They did our gutters too, and everything matches perfectly. My wife was worried about our flower beds, but they protected everything and cleaned up like they were never here. If you're looking for a Denver roofing company that actually knows what they're doing and won't try to rip you off, call ESS. We're in Lakewood and they service this whole area.

We had a pretty nasty hailstorm come through our neighborhood back in the fall and I noticed some damage on the shingles but honestly wasn't sure if it was bad enough to warrant a claim. Called ESS Roofing and Ray came out the next day to take a look. He went up on the roof, took photos of everything, and then sat down with me to explain exactly what he was seeing. No scare tactics, no pressure - just walked me through the damage and what my options were. He actually pointed out which areas were legitimate hail hits versus normal wear, which I really appreciated. Ray helped coordinate with my insurance adjuster and made sure all the documentation was in order before they came out. I've heard horror stories from neighbors about fighting with insurance companies, but having someone who knew exactly what to document and how to present it made a huge difference. The claim got approved without any back and forth, which was a relief. Ray kept me updated throughout the whole process and always answered when I called with questions. The install crew showed up on time and got the whole roof done in a day. They were professional, kept the noise and disruption to a minimum, and did a thorough cleanup before they left - I haven't found a single nail in my yard. The new roof looks fantastic and I feel good knowing we're protected for the next storm. Really can't say enough good things about the experience. If you're dealing with storm damage and don't know where to start, just call these guys.

Had some hail damage from the storms this spring and ESS came out within a day to do the inspection. Ray walked me through everything on the roof and helped me understand what the insurance adjuster would be looking for. No pressure, just honest information. The crew that did the replacement was professional and cleaned up everything when they finished. Really happy with how it turned out.
