Family Roofing has completed several residential roofing projects for me in the Denver metro area over the past few years. Most were a result of hail storms. Each time, they have exceeded expectations by handling the entire roofing project start to finish, including meeting insurance adjusters at the site and negotiating with my insurance company if the claim came in short of the actual work required to complete the job.They have also made my life easier by handling gutter replacements as needed and even worked with a siding contractor to repair/replace damaged siding due to a particularly catastrophic hail storm that ravaged one of my rental properties.Honest, highly professional, highly recommended. Working with Laya from Family Roofing made the entire process easy. Having to do a home repair always disrupts our lives a little bit, but Laya made it all happen quickly and seamlessly. She took care of the necessary paperwork and permits, explained the estimate clearly and concisely so there were no hidden fees, and her crew took care of the work quickly and completely. I would recommend her to anybody with a roofing job that needs to be done. Everything happened like clockwork. From bid to finish. We had new siding done as well. Having our roof done by them, made our home look new again. The crew was very clean throughout the process. Demolition of the old shingles was the first process. The cleaned the job site after every day they worked. After the job was complete, they even ran large magnets around the home. Just ensure they didn't miss anything

Laya and her crew were fantastic to work with on the repair of our roof and gutters after the Lakewood hailstorms in 2023. Laya communicated thoroughly the entire process, clearly walking us through every step with our insurance and the process of roof repair. We are especially for the attention to detail and care she provided helping us select new shingles and gutters for our new roof — and it looks absolutely amazing! Laya’s crew was also extremely professional and attentive to detail through the roof installation — we did not find a single nail or scrap on our property following the installation. They were also very friendly and helped us with an additional roof project. We cannot recommend Laya and her team enough for excellent response times, customer service, and a gorgeous roof! Laya was a great advocate for us with our insurance company- we had lots of problems with them and she was persistent in giving them information and pinning them down on our claim. She always let us know- by text, email, phone call or a personal visit- what was going on.She listened well to what we wanted for the roof and was able to find material that fit what we were looking for. The roofers came when expected and worked hard, cleaned up well (she warned us it would be hard to get every little bit with our shrubbery near the house, but they got most of the debris), and they were respectful. Another manager came by periodically to check on the roofing process and talk with the roofers. The company was just so attentive throughout the whole process!

A large portion of our shingles blew away during the last big Green Mountain wind storm. Laya with Family Roofing was excellent in helping us get our roof fix. Our homeowners insurance company was quite difficult to work with but Layla's knowledge and advocacy helped us get the job done. Excellent workmanship, professional, friendly and locally owned, I'd highly recommend Family Roofing!
