Gardner did an excellent job replacing our tile roof, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job from an honest and hard working group of people. Cody expertly and patiently worked with me and insurance for over 4 months navigating the multiple denials and stuck with me, even writing long letters and calling County officials to gain approval. Some neighbors had their roofs replaced around me, but I was surprised in the quality of materials used compared, heavy duty shark fin metal, class-4 hail tile and great attention to detail which set them a step above. The install process was great, Eric the site manager was a pleasure to have onsite and an excellent communicator. Also a rarity, the owner came on multiple occasions to review the quality of work and marked the job complete only after every last minor thing was attended to. Because of the hail last year, I've had a bunch of work done to my house and Gardner is above and beyond the best I've worked with. I cannot say enough good about them and the quality of the job, this is the company to go with for roofing.

Working with Scott and his team at Gardner Contracting was a pleasure! He was proactive in his communication and was waiting on us for responses more than we ever did for him. He was professional, always called and showed up when he said he would. We never had to wonder about the status of our project, he always kept us up to date. Scott helped us be exact with the color of shingles we were looking for, even driving around our neighborhood with us to see how the color we were considering matched up with the new paint that we will also have done. When it came time for the roof to be torn off and replaced, the crew was just as professional. We've had our roof replaced on this house and others in the past, and sadly, the workers trashed our yard and left debris everywhere. When the Gardner team was done, our yard still looked as great as it did before, and they cleaned up every single bit of debris. Obviously, there was noise during the work, but it was as minimal as could be. The team showed up before 7 am to prep, and were ready to go at 7 am. They finished the same day and everything was cleaned before they left. Every time we came and went from the house during the work, the on site project manager gave us an update and wanted to make sure that things were fine from our end. I hope it's a long time before we have our roof replaced, but when we do, Gardner will be the people we call to have our work done!

I highly recommend Gardner Construction as a choice for roof replacement. Scott handled all of the claims submission to my insurance. He made sure their estimate was correct and assisted me in selecting the best product and colors. The roof replacement team completed the job in one day and left the area very clean. This company is a precision and quality organization.

After considering several other roofing companies to replace our hail damaged roof, windows, and gutters, we decided to use Gardner Contracting, in part, because the company came with stellar reviews and because, at each stage of the decision-making process, Scott (our project manager), was easy to communicate with; explained each stage of the process clearly; kept us updated during supply chain delays that were no fault of the company; and, demonstrated professionalism and integrity throughout! We droned the progress each day and the roofing team was meticulous and thoroughly cleaned the area at the end of each day. To say we are very pleased would be an understatement. My first review ever - but highly warranted. I was referred to Gardner Contracting after a large hail storm caused damage to my house, roof, and property. From day one, Scott was prompt, communicative, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable in the ways of insurance documentation and representation. He assured me that working with him and Garner Contracting will get the house and property restored to prior storm conditions - and he delivered! Scott is highly experienced in weaving his way through the process of documentation and interaction with the insurance companies and really acts as “the face of the customer” when dealing with them. He was invaluable and his years of experience and knowledge is something that just can’t be overstated. As for pricing, scheduling, and the work itself, Gardner Contracting was very competitive in a largely competitive environment after our neighborhood was struck by the hail storm. Their scheduling was quick and the quality (workmanship) was of highest order. I would, without ANY reservations, recommend Scott and Gardner Contracting for your roofing requirements. They do great work at a fair price. But, if you have damage and must interact with ANY insurance company to make things right, they are REQUIRED. You just can’t be 100% successful in weaving your way through the insurance quagmire without them. You will do yourself and your investment a disservice if you don’t utilize their expertise. Gardner Contracting is the best overall company I have ever dealt with in my 60 years.
