Ideal Roofing and Solar is fantastic! I needed a roof inspection report for my insurance company. My roof was done a few years ago and was having difficulty proving it was in good condition. Jake took time out of their busy schedule to perform the inspection. He was quick to get me on the schedule and complete my request. I was super impressed with attention to detail. Very pleasant also!

We needed to have our roof replaced and whole house/fence painted due to hail damage. We had gotten quotes from several companies and really appreciated the time Jake took to explain the whole process, not just what was involved in the roof replacement but also the claim process. Ideal handled all the permits with the city, worked directly with my insurance company, met the adjuster for the inspection, pointed out what the adjuster had missed and kept me informed the entire time. Everyone that came to my house was very personable, friendly and had smiles on their faces. They genuinely seemed happy to be there and enjoy their job. Any texts, calls, emails I had were answered quickly and professionally. I enjoyed working with Jake and his team and would absolutely recommend Ideal Roofing and Solar. We engaged Jake and his team for full roof replacement and painting after last year's hail storm. We couldn't be more pleased with their results and stellar customer service throughout the whole process. We hope we don't have another devasting storm, but if we do, we'd use Ideal Rooing again in a hearbeat!
