Kimberly Patterson5 StarAfter consulting a different roofing company and receiving an outrageous estimate for general maintenance of our 20+ year old roof, I consulted Kape Roofing in May 2023 for a second opinion. They did a complete inspection of our roof which was in excellent condition and only needed one maintenance item (20% of the cost of the original estimate). One year later, we have sold our home and the new owners would like proof that our roof was inspected. I followed up with Kape by phone and they provided me with a letter documenting the inspection/service done last year within a matter of hours. JUST AMAZING! Karen Daily5 StarI highly recommend Alex and the folks at Kape Roofing. Communication with them was stellar! Not only was Alex the technician who came out to assess our leak initially, but he was with us the entire project, from signing, answering tons of questions, helping with our insurance, being on the job site multiple times throughout the work, and final inspection. After final inspection he came back to install one vent that was missed on the garage. They cleaned up thoroughly and left everything tidy at the end.
This company was also well priced, (we got a few quotes). The only hiccup we had was a trailer getting delivered without advance warning.
The roof looks amazing and it was a great experience throughout! This company worked hard to earn the project and made the effort to follow through well. Thank you Alex!Friday 1st December 2023
