Excellent communication and response time; everything happened when he promised it would and he really went above and beyond to help with several different aspects of my insurance claim. Their crews were respectfully and didn't have music blaring while they work on top of the noise that already comes with a roof job. They did a great job cleaning up every day. They used a high-quality product and it was great having a local company that has been around for years do my project rather than some of the less-reputable storm chasers.
