Is a ten star rating possible? I hired Knight Exteriors to paint, replace gutters and siding. I've lived in my home for close to 25 years and have had contractors come and go. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY has ever provided service like Pat and his crew. I knew from the moment I met him and his Midwestern values that I would choose him. He exudes honesty, a caring heart, and he listens! Midwestern values: “An honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay, hard work, modesty, your word is your bond, always lend a helping hand, your name and reputation is your most prized possession.” That's Pat and crew. His painter Efrain (sp?) along with nephew Chris are the most conscientious, meticulous, and professional painters I have ever met. They replaced damaged siding and painted my homes exterior body and trim along with a door. The paint around the door handle and lock look like it came from the factory that way. I'm so incredibly impressed. The ingenuity and care Efrain showed when solving my nagging home problems moved me to tears. His gutter and downspout crew consisted of 4 men. I refer to them as "gutter ninjas". They were incredibly efficient, skillful, nimble, helpful, kind, and considerate. Add all of these fantastic men together to come up with one incredible team! Oh the winds of frustration, dispute, and unhappiness have plagued my neighbors and myself over the years dealing with contractors. NOT KNIGHT EXTERIORS. Call Pat and rest your head easy at (k)night knowing that he will cross every t and dot every i. Their work does not drag on for days or weeks. They are extremely considerate of your property. I can go on and on.... My Midwestern father use to shake hands as a sign of trust and honesty. It's so refreshing in the year 2024 to find someone just like him. Thanks Pat and team.
