Dealt with Luis Garcia the owner, he was very knowledgeable about the product and the correct installation requirements. He did it right the first time (originally the other Company skipped nailing down each piece) the price was excellent. In fact I called them back for some exterior painting next week. I m sure you won t have any issues with this company. This could not have been an easy job for them. Luis and his crew were hit with three heavy snowstorms throughout the duration of this project. Project was around 60 squares of asphalt shingles on two separate buildings, TPO roofing with termination bars, and gutters – so it wasn t easy. They knocked it out. Luis was always upfront and did everything he said he was going to do. This is the second job I have had him do and I would recommend him to anyone. Luis was constantly at our job working or directing. Roofing inspector was just here and passed both roofs. His only comment was Nice Work! Very satisfied. I came across Lakewood Exteriors when I was urgently searching for someone to help with my actively leaking roof. It was a weekend and I was doubtful I’d find anyone who would be willing to help. Luis, the owner responded immediately and came within an hour to assess the roof. He patched it on the spot and stopped the acute leak. Once the rains stopped he returned and thoroughly repaired the roof at a fair price. Without even being asked, Luis and his team cleaned my gutters too! I was so impressed by Luis’s communication and professionalism. I highly recommend Lakewood Exteriors for anyone seeking expert attention to their roofing needs.

My kitchen ceiling started leaking after a heavy rainstorm in July. After calling a few roofing contractors, Luis was the first to respond the next morning. He quickly determined where the roof damage was, showed me photos of the problem and gave a very reasonable estimate for the repair-AND because I was worried about more rain in the forecast overnight, he promised to get the work done by late afternoon! I’d definitely recommend Luis and his company- there were NO MORE LEAKS after all that rain! Luis was friendly, very professional and went above and beyond my expectations-he did a great job and I’m very happy with the quality of work he did- Lakewood Exteriors is a reliable company that I plan to use again- Thank-you, Luis!

Lakewood Exteriors did a full roof replacement for us. He offered premium materials at a very fair price. Job was completed quickly and they did a fantastic job cleaning up around the house. Highly recommend- Luis is very knowledgeable about roofing and it shows!!
