After the big hail storms in June 2023, we worked with LR to complete a new roof installation and repaint the entire exterior of our home in Evergreen. The entire team at LR was a pleasure to work with. Adam was my main point of contact and he was professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all questions and concerns I had. He set clear expectations and was reassuring throughout the entire process. The public adjusters, Zach and Jeff from Reserve Capital, were great dealing with our insurance company on our behalf. Our insurance company did everything they could to prolong the process and Zach/Jeff continued to fight for us until we got the outcome we wanted. When it came to getting the work done, LR was responsive and got the crews out to our home quickly. They seem to subcontract high quality teams and the roof and exterior paint job looks amazing. We have had multiple complements from our neighbors already. Overall, I would definitely do business with LR again, and highly recommend them for roofing, painting, and exterior work caused by hail or wind. This is the most amazing roofing company. I recommend them to anyone. When we had problems with our solar panel experience, the owner personally came out and took care of it. I don't know many companies that offer customer service like that. When I heard someone on the roof drilling, they sent someone out immediately to check it, and again, I heard from the owner himself. We feel very taken care of by this company, and I know I can call them anytime for any problem. Five stars all the way!

LR Contracting helped me fight our insurance company and win! Twice our claim for a new roof due to hail damage was denied. Pilot connected me with a public adjustor and we were able to get our roof replaced for the cost of the deductible. LR Contracting kept in constant communication with me throughout the claim and adjudication process and during the roof replacement. Once the claim was approved, LR Contracting sat down with us and explained exactly what it covered and what choices we had for roofing materials and how the payments would be processed. They also gave us detailed information on how the project would proceed and how long it would take. The crew the did the work was professional, fast, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job and the new roof looks amazing! I was also impressed with how well they kept the job site clear of debris. They even sent some people by a couple of times after the project was complete to make sure I was happy with the work and to search around the yard for roofing nails. It really was a five star experience for us and we recommend LR Contracting to anyone looking for a general contractor.

We can't say enough good things about LR Contracting! Top notch all the way! Everyone was an absolute professional from our first contact with sales manager Adam Frieler all the way to the roofing staff. Fast, efficient, excellent work and surprise.... they actually did everything they said they would, when they said they would do it!!!!! SO rare in a post Covid world!!!! Awesome, awesome people and company! LOVE them.
