In the last couple years after many hailstorms, we had several other agressive companies pressing us to get our roof replaced. The representative we had from M4 was a not a hounding salesman, he identified every defect he was a very trustworthy individual who knew what he was talking about. Kevin took care of everything for us and proved his worth which is highly valued. Excellent customer service. He made the whole claim process very easy knowing how busy we were by handling the insurance, solar, and roof company. We would highly recommend M4 roofing to everyone!!Friday 14th May 2021
Warren Dyer5 StarMy experience with M4 Roofing has been exceptional! This company was exceedingly pleasant to work with when I scheduled for them to come out and fix my roof from the hail damage. They were punctual and completed the job as scheduled. They also were very understanding about pending payments from insurance, and when I had to pay them myself, they worked with me more than I ever expected from a roofing company. They were very considerate on every level and understand that life happens. Colleen O5 StarM4 Roofing was a dream to work with. They were recommended by our insurance company, so we knew already that they were the real deal. Omar came by our house and explained everything so clearly, but also seemed to understand that we wanted the roof fixed quick and clean. The price was right and they lined up very well with our insurance estimate, so there were no surprises. Our roof looks beautiful. The team was always on time, always professional and Omar was always quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Scott Taylor5 StarOmar did well explaining our options, and was there the day of installation. The crew worked hard, and had the roof done by mid-afternoon, this despite a mix up by the company that was supposed to deliver the roofing materials the evening before. They didn't make the delivery until late morning, but the M4 crew got right to work, and had the roof ready when the truck arrived. They did a decent job of cleanup, too. The inspector approved the work, and we would recommend M4 and Omar to anyone who might ask.Tuesday 14th August 2018
Donald Ungemah5 StarM4 Contracting did a great job on our roof. Every commitment was completed on time and professionally. They provided a top-of-line GAF product. Tom Grimm, our project manager, was awesome. When they completed the job in 2 days everything was clean and neat. They interfaced with the insurance company and handled the details.
