I am happily blown away at Maddox Construction’s work. The communication, quality of work, tidiness, respectfulness, and efficiency were above and beyond my previous roofing experiences (or any service provider here for that matter). I have a unique old (1896) renovated church, that I was very nervous about having the roof replaced. I have put so much of my heart and soul into this place. But the roof had to be replaced, and I didn’t need to worry about a thing! Maddox Construction has been absolutely amazing from the moment we started talking to the finished product. Carmel Maddox met me on site a few times to go over the process, helped me navigate my insurance (which I didn’t even know needed navigating! So grateful), protected my beautiful mature perennial garden, even found a covered treasure in the architecture that she asked if I wanted to show off (yes!!). They were finished DAYS ahead of expectations, and the work quality is absolutely beautiful. I wish I could 10 star this group. Thank you!

Maddox Construction is a collection of the most competent, professional, and enjoyable people to work with. Typically construction companies thrive on the work only and the communication/administration side of things are messier than other businesses you interact with. Not with Maddox Construction. They get it. They have a high quality bar through every part of our experience with them. They replaced a roof for us after some hail damage and were very communicative through the whole process, especially if a third party is involved, like insurance. The owner, Carmel, is a good human being. We highly recommend Maddox Construction and will be using them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Carmel Maddox and Maddox Construction and her staff that work for her. I had the great fortune of having a friend refer me to her years ago. She is so knowledgeable about all things roofing and gutters and the entire process. I have used her twice to replace my roof due to hail damage, have referred her to multiple friends, and now have the pleasure of referring her to my real estate clients. Every single person I refer her to is impressed with her knowledge, her great personality, her phenomenal customer service, and the way that she makes working with your insurance company not be incredibly painful. Her staff handles the back and forth to get you from start to finish. If there were more stars than 5 stars, I would give her whatever the maximum number there was each and every time. I also love supporting a woman owned business as well. She dominates in a field that is mostly dominated by men but she gives it the amazing customer service touch and personal connection that made me trust her from start to finish. Carmel and the Maddox Construction team were a pleasure to work with for our roof replacement after the tornado this past summer in Highlands Ranch. Carmel provided very straightforward feedback/recommendations. She was easy to stay in touch with and very responsive with getting back to us throughout the whole process. The team did an excellent job on the work and clean-up and the finished product looks great.
