Chris and his team are responsive, ethical, and do excellent work. I’ve used New Line Roofing for a full roof replacement on my first house and then hired them for a roof patch up on my current house. Couldn’t have been happier with the work done on both. Highly recommended and will use them again any time I have roof issues!

I've worked with Chris, the owner of New Line Roofing, on many projects over the 20+ years I've known him. This past year, I introduced him to my In-Laws as they were in need of repairing the hail damage on two different properties in Louisville. The level of service they received and the quality of the workmanship that was done, is something they speak highly of often. We also asked Chris to install a new roof on a new home that we built this year and again we were impressed with every step of the process. In a day and age where service and quality seem to be pushed aside for profits, it was a breath of fresh air to work with an organization that put those qualities first!

The team at New Line was incredible! I had a leak in my roof and had 3 other companies come look at it, and they all wanted to do a full replacement claiming they could get it covered with hail damage. Once the claims adjuster came out and told them there was not enough hail damage for a claim, they all disappeared. But New Line came through, communicated well, and worked with me until the problem was resolved. I highly recommend calling them!

Called for an inspection of my roof in relation to a real estate closing. Out of 3 different companies they were by far the remits responsive. They looked at roof, and found issues that the inspector had completely missed. Then they got the repairs done 2 or 3 days later. Was happy they called the inspector out on BS...and had no problems fixing the real problems for the buyer. I don’t expect a great experience when dealing with a roof, but was pleasantly surprised.

They did a full gutter repair and replacement for me on my home. Met with me and made it really personable. Explained what needed to be done and set a date to come make the repair that same week. Their team was quick and did not disrupt me or our neighbors living next door in our duplex. I would highly recommend!
