He was excellent at communicating with us throughout the entire process and continues to keep us informed and updated. He met with our insurance adjuster to go over all the damage, which alleviated a lot of stress on us. He replaced our roof on our primary home beautifully and is set to replace a roof on a second home we have in the mountains. He responded to my messages within minutes to answer any questions, is incredibly helpful and understanding, and even when I screwed up on something he was patient and kind about it.
