Previously, we had engaged a certain roofing company for minor fixes on our home roof, and their work was impressive. Recently, we required extensive repairs on our metal-roofed barn, and we decided to use their services again. Trenton came around to assess the work to be done and took me on a detailed tour of the barn. He identified additional issues that we hadn't initially noticed and needed to be fixed. Trenton was transparent about the pricing and exceeded our expectations with the final results. The work was completed promptly and within the agreed-upon budget. We are extremely pleased to support this local roofer, and we won't hesitate to use their services when it's time to replace our home's roof.

I really can't express how exceptional Perez Brothers Roofers are! I'd recommend them over and over again. The professionalism runs from their office staff, through to their workers like Preston, Trenton, Bryson, and even to the owner. They saved me from a potential disaster caused by an ongoing roof leak. They went the extra mile to complete the job as quickly as possible. I am in love with my roof. The barrel tile and color are exactly what I had in mind. And on top of all that, the price was more competitive than other roofing services in Aurora. Don't think twice about hiring them!

Perez Brothers Roofers did an incredible job with our new roof! This wasn't a walk in the park, it involved a complete strip off and replacing various parts of wood all around the roof, including some seriously decayed wood on a flat section. A new flashing was also needed to stop a significant leak on the upper floor ceiling. Preston came by to give a free estimate and was highly professional. As a firefighter and veteran, i could pick up on his law enforcement background and the professionalism it instilled in him. Bryson and i were thrilled to accept the military discount he kindly offered. He clearly explained what needed to be done, and importantly, what didn't need to be done (unlike another company's estimate). This immediately won our trust, especially in this economy where every penny counts. Preston and his team, led by Trenton, arrived bright and early at 6:30am to start the strip off. They were all so friendly and respectful of our house, garden, flags and especially our scaredy-cat lab Luna, who was terrified of all the noise from the strip off. Talk about work ethic - Trenton and his team smashed it! I think i only saw them take maybe 3 breaks and the roof and garage were finished in a day and a half tops! They even did multiple sweeps of the back yard to ensure every single nail was picked up so our dog wouldn't step on one. So impressive! Perez Brothers Roofers far exceeded our expectations and will be the only company we'll call for any future roofing needs. 10/10!!!!!!! Thank you so much, you guys are awesome! Highly recommend!!!! Outstanding service. The administrative team was a delight to interact with and the two service technicians, Preston & Bryson, who came to my house to perform the work were exceptional.
