My experience with PRQ started with Jake McGinty introducing himself and explaining what services his company could provide our family. He explained how easy it could be and was respectful when I told him I wanted to talk with him more but not then. He called me the next day and left a VM. When I returned his call we agreed on a time that we could meet the next day. He was punctual and very thorough. We called the claims dept and he handled everything during the call. Customer Service is job #1 with PRQ. Thank you PRQ for hiring such incredible employees!! Eric Short

After recent storms, Brandon and his team from Pro Exteriors were checking roofs in our neighborhood. Many had received hail damage. In my book, one of the most important qualities I look for in a roofing company is quality, which includes honesty and integrity. They checked my roof and said it looked great, no damage needing repair, and advised me of damage to one of our solar panels, so we could notify the company that manages them. They didn't try to sell me on repairs I didn't need. They were very courteous and professional. If I have roof damage in the future, I will definitely give them a call! You should too...

SIMPLY THE BEST!!! These guys are, by far, the best exterior company I've ever worked with. My initial meeting with Tucker Norman gave me all the info I needed and even included getting the claim started with my insurance. The roofing prep meeting with Michael Gross was actually FUN, as well as informative and comprehensive. They did my entire huge roof in a day, and the workmanship is outstanding. Tucker and Michael have followed the work through every step, and are currently getting my exterior paint and fence replacement lined up. I also like the fact that they're based in Golden, so they know the ropes here in Colorado and they're not going to disappear overnight like some others I've dealt with. If you're looking for expert professionals who do outstanding work and are a pleasure to deal with, you're looking for PRQ!

Ted McDaniel was in my neighborhood and he noticed the shingles on our house needed some help so him and I hopped up on my roof and checked things out. There was lots of damage that you wouldn’t have been able to see from the street. He also taught me a lot about roofing and what goes into the material, installation, and the signs indicating a new roof is needed. We then sat down and went through the process of putting in a claim and made it super easy. Ted overheard me talking to my mom about picking up a weed wacker and leaf blower for our backyard and he asked if we had a lawn mower. My mom told him ours has been broken for some time and he offered to bring us a lawn mower he got for free if he could get it running. He got it running later that night and dropped it off to us the next day on his own time. Ted is a super respectful and classy guy. Keep up the work Ted and thanks again! We hope to have PRQ exteriors installing a new roof for us in the near future.

Charles inspected two damaged roof tiles from a recent wind storm. He spent over an hour inspecting the entire roof and then repaired the two damaged tiles for free. His inspection report was extremely comprehensive and included caption details for each photo. Based on his customer service, we will use PRQ Exteriors for all future roofing needs. Thanks!
