Rise construction replaced our roof at Lafayette Import Car Care. Shane was exceptional!! All concerns were addressed before the work started. Rise did a great job with clean up, and Shane came back thru to check up on us and make sure we were satisfied. Call Rise for your roof, you will definitely be happy!!!!

Joel at Rise Construction managed a roof replacement for us in Highlands Ranch after tornado damage. He is an exceptionally good communicator and kept us up-to-date at every step, helped deal with our insurance provider, and even organized the roofing to be done while we were out-of-town. Highly highly recommend!

WOW we were BLOWN away with Rise Construction! From start to finish the communication was just a step ahead at all times, they were honest, upfront, and so patient when I asked one million questions. Rise Construction did what they said they were going to do at all times. Their work was top quality and they often checked in to make sure we were happy with the work being completed. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Rise construction, and Seve and his crew, are absolutely the best. Communication response time was very quick, the crew always showed up when expected, and the quality, and pride in their work was obvious. They had to put in extra hours to finish before a surprise snow storm was bearing down, and still everything was perfect and clean up was impeccable. I have had many roofs replaced, and worked with many roofing companies, (I’m in real estate) and Rise is the best!

We worked with Shane and his team at Rise construction to have a new roof and gutters installed after a significant hail storm. Shane communicated with insurance, organized the insurance appraiser worked with them the whole time and kept open communication with mew about the project. Shane upgraded us to "grade 4" roof shingle and was very easy to work with. I believe that Shane kept our best interest in mind throughout the project. He really advocated to get us as much money from insurance with the damages to our property. Additionally, Shane gave us recommendations for other projects like painting. Finally, Shane is a family man. He related to my family, shared stories about hsi own, and was calling everyone in my family by their first name by the end of the project. I would not hesitate to work with Shane or Rise construction.
