They showed up to my house quickly to do the inspections. They took care of contacting my insurance company and got everything going with them. All the work was done in a timely manner and every crew that came out were professional and did quality work. The communication throughout the whole process was great. I was never left wondering or having to constantly contact them.I would definitely use this company again for future work.Summer 2021It was a pleasure to work with Rocky Mountain Roofing & Exteriors. Everything from the initial inspection, to the installation, to the final inspection was a breeze. Ben kept in constant communication and made everything go smoothly. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben and Rocky Mountain Exteriors for an insurance claim related to recent hail damage. The work included a complete roof replacement, new skylights, trim wood replacement, and exterior paint. Ben and the entire Rocky Mountain team were exceptional every step of the way. From working with my insurance company to ensure accurate estimates and sufficient payments, helping with product selection, and planning out the project, to executing the roof install and all the exterior work, the team ensured that everything was properly scoped and planned and performed all of the work at the highest quality. They made the entire processes seamless and efficient, while offering a sense of comfort and confidence that the project would be completed with diligence, craftsmanship, attention to detail, and top-grade quality. Following a major hail storm with widespread damage in our neighborhood, we partnered with Matt Griffiths and Rocky Mountain Exteriors to manage the recovery, as did many of our neighbors. Rocky Mountain Exteriors was responsive, efficient, and easy to work with. Their crews for roofing, gutters, painting, solar panel take down and re-install, window replacement, and screen repair were very experienced, capable, and professional. Communication was good. You could tell that the teams were well managed and their craftspeople felt they had the tools, resources, and discretion to make good decisions and do quality work. Matt worked with us and our insurance company to ensure full cooperation and reimbursement for everything that was needed. We were relieved to have the backing and expertise of Rocky Mountain Exteriors to navigate this major event. We're happy!

This company is so professional and personal in dealing with the client. They always took my calls, answered all my questions and were so pleasant. On the day they installed my roof, several supervisors were on the scene. They protected my lawns with tarps. The men were so hard-working. They were here before 8:00am. and didn’t leave until it was dark. They only took a small lunch break. They returned the second day to finish any details and be sure everything was spick and span. All the men were very polite. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Exteriors to anyone who wants to put their faith and money into a truly reliable company.
