Shortly after a horrible hail storm, Keith from Roof Authority LLC provided a free inspection of our roof with pictures clarifying the damage from the hail. While coordinating all interactions with the insurance company, Keith was able to supplement a more fair claim. Way above expectations, he not only managed the roof but professionally planned all logistics of the solar panels and exterior, such as gutters, siding, windows, and deck repair. Keith's crew did exceptional work compared to the other roofs that were replaced in the neighborhood. As the owner of the company, Keith did on-sight supervision throughout the project with exceptional caring attitude and kindness, which is hard to find now days!

We had several roofing contractors inspect our roof after a recent hail storm. Keith was the most professional and the most reliable. He showed us where our roof was damaged and why we should qualify for replacement. He came when our insurance company evaluated the damage and he clarified several details that provided us with higher reimbursement. He got us a better quality roof and his crew was extremely professional and skilled. Roof Authority is highly recommended!

Unsure about hail damage? I recommend Keith Merritt to check it out. We had him check things out around 6 Jul 2019 and the class 4 shingles (no extra charge) installed last year held up to about half-dollar sized hail. Most homeowners insurance will give you a ~26% discount per year for that class shingle, so that really helps. Last summer we talked with Keith Merritt, read the reviews and liked what we saw. We were not disappointed. As the site supervisor (who works off commission for bringing in new business, so call directly), he knows his stuff and was on-site every step of the way. He was even there when the insurance adjuster was out, walking the roof, found property damage that none of us noticed, which helped bring down the deductible costs (you're allowed to fix some property damage yourself instead of hiring a contractor). New paint job on the fence, screen repairs, etc -done by me with the right tools. Don't go with out-of-town storm chasers, stay local for regular contact, questions, and answers. more than just a roofing company-helped me with everything start to finish-submitted all claims-upfront estimates were accurate and detailed-work completed timely and with top quality materials-was onsite to supervise all work and good cleanup after job completed-free upgrade to class four shingles.
