If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would! David, Junior, Danielle, Teodoro and the rest of the team were amazing. It was my first time as a home owner having our home damaged from a hail storm. I called the insurance company and was overwhelmed by the process and selecting a contractor. I've heard so many horror stories of fly by night contractors that take your money and either do a terrible job or just run off with your money. We got lucky that Danielle and some of her team were doing work nearby my home and approached me while I was outside on the front porch and asked if we were affected by the storm and if we needed help with the repairs. We had a great conversation and offered to come out again when the insurance claims inspector was going to inspect and evaluate the damage and walk with the inspector and me to make sure the insurance agent wouldn't miss anything. The appointment was that following Sunday morning and David come out early and walked me through everything that was damaged and what would be needed to be done to repair everything. When the claim adjuster finally arrived 3 hours late David walked with him every step of the way and made sure the adjuster noted and took pictures of everything needed. The inspector took over 2 hours to do the inspection and David stayed the whole time. He spent close to 7 hours at my house free of charge, no strings attached, no commitment that we would even use them for the work. I have no doubt that if David wasn't there with me we would not have been approved for half the damage that we received. The adjuster was trying to only cover one side of the roof and not the other. David pointed out all the damaged shingles and got him to see that there was true damage across the whole roof. Like I said before David and the rest of the team is absolutely amazing. Whenever I had a question, of which there were many, they were always very responsive and informative. They really pushed on my insurance to cover the damages even though the insurance was at first limiting how much they would cover. In the end the team did an super job with all the repairs and finishes. I already recommended them to a friend who is now using Roofing and Renovations Concierge as well. If I ever need repairs done again they will the first and only people I'll be calling. Thanks everyone!
