Dave Ratterman5 StarJohn and his team helped us with replacing our roof, and we were very pleased with having used them. They introduced us to a 3rd-party adjuster to speak with our insurance adjuster regarding coverage on our claim, and after securing significantly more funds than what had been originally offered, RR Roofing came in and did a very professional job of replacing our roof. They had hard-working laborers, and managers were onsite to review the work and/or answer any questions we might have had. Well done.Tuesday 8th March 2022
Larry Strong5 StarJohn Rooker, owner of RR Roofing & Renovations, did an excellent job replacing my roof after hail damage last summer. John has years of experience, pays attention to details, is a good problem solver, and a hard worker. He provided assistance to me throughout the entire process including an initial inspection to access the damage, his presence during the inspection by the insurance adjuster, working with the county on building permits and codes, filing supplements to the insurance company, supervision, problem solving, and labor prior to and the day of the roof replacement. They provided a ton of help with the claims process working directly with my insurance company. Once it all got approved, they were on time and on budget. The cleanup up every day before they left. The were professional and friendly.
