He made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. Our roof replacement with John went without a hitch. They were professional, friendly, and their communication and timeliness was out of this world - not to mention, the final result was beautiful. Aaron Appel1 StarA worker from Scott's Roofing came out to my house to investigate a leak on a Friday and told me he would get me an estimate over the weekend. After not hearing anything, I sent him a text on Monday and he said he was working on quotes and would get to mine shortly. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, I sent another text and he ignored it. He also left his ladder here and never came back to get it.
They are unresponsive and unprofessional, don't waste your time.Wednesday 13th March 2024
