I hired Steve for my roof replacement due to severe hail damage, and he and his crew did an exceptional job. Steve did an excellent job communicating and kept me updated throughout the process. He was always quick to respond, or take action, from start to finish. He also handled most of the communication with the insurance adjustor, and eliminated almost all of the worry/effort that usually results from having to file a claim, or having to get repairs done. Everything was handled with the upmost integrity and professionalism. I've worked with roofing companies in the past where communication was very poor and it was challenging to get things done and done right, but Steve and his team went above and beyond and took care of everything. I will use Severy Creek Roofing/Steve for all of my future roofing needs and would definitely recommend Steve and his team!

Last June our house was damaged by a storm, I made a claim and insurance pushed backed. Steve Louden advised me on how to work with the insurance and performed multiple inspections to accommodate the insurance. After a long back and forth with insurance Steve had everything repaired on the house in a very quick couple of days. The roof and paint looks better than when it was new. I HIGHLY recommend Severy Creek roofing!
