Our experience with Sly Manor was excellent. Charles was our initial contact, and he went above and beyond in every way. He was a perfect representative for the company. The owner, Chuck, was our contact after Charles left the company. We were very pleased with every aspect of Sky Manor and would highly recommend them.

For some strange reason I was hit with several hail storms where I live North of Denver. But every time I called Sky Manor and could not be happier with the workmanship, follow up, courteous staff ( I always work with Mark) and up to date with technology. Their roofing crew had my job done in one day where most of the houses in my neighborhood were taking two. I even sold my place months after a roof replacement and passed all inspections without any follow up including city inspection. If you need a roof, call this company. They are absolutely spot on.

My house was listed for sale and under contract with a new buyer. When the new buyers did their inspection on my home it was determined that the roof would need replacing due to hail damage. I got into contact with Henry Francis with Sky Manor who was adamant that the roof would be covered by my insurance. Well Henry produced! He met my insurance adjuster at my house during the inspection and made sure that the adjuster was taking every bit of damage into account. Turned out that my roof was fully covered by insurance for a full replacement. Due to my home being under contract with deadlines that needed to be met I was in a bind and needed the roof replaced ASAP. Henry again produced! Sky Manor had a new roof on my house the very next week! I was totally impressed and astounded at the quick turn around. I was also very pleased doing business with Henry as he is incredibly informative, knowledgeable and answered every single phone call without hesitation. It was a joy to work with Henry and Sky Manor. I highly recommend Sky Manor and will use them again without hesitation should I have any future roofing issues.

Jason and his crew with Sky Manor were exceptional! Everything was delivered on time, the crew was professional and kind. Initially, we did a walk around the home and they insisted on moving items for me that would potentially get damaged. They laid out a barrier around the whole house and I have yet to find a nail, piece of the roof, or anything left behind. I emphasize this because I have noticed that other roofing companies in my neighborhood have their tarp loosely wrapped around the home and only a few feet out. Jason and his crew had it neatly laid out and several feet out to catch potential debris. I was given an itinerary of when to expect the delivery, the crew to show up, what was going to be done and what was happening afterwards-they took care of everything! I cannot tell you how helpful this was given that I have a toddler, a job, just moved into a new house within the past year and had a lot on my plate. During the day of the project, my daughter and I would come and go and the crew would stop the project, come to the porch and escort my daughter and I in and out of the house. They would not resume until we were well off the property. Never did they seem annoyed or inconvenienced, but would ask what I thought and if I was happy with the way things were going? At one point, Jason offered to bring my dog outside with him in fear that the noise would be too much. How sweet is that? You can tell this company and crew are a well oiled machine. They have Jason to organize and oversee the whole project, he never left the site, provided breakfast, coffee and water for his crew, and stood outside the whole time. He then has a leader of his crew, Martin, who manages the crew and keeps it moving. Never did I see them stop working.They come in, got the job done RIGHT the first time, cleaned up everything, took care of the permit through the city/county and contacted our insurance company. I was never asked to take care of anything. Given that I have just moved into a new house in the past year and have worked with many contractors to fix mistakes, I have never had someone come in where I didn't have to do anything, follow-up regarding a mistake, etc. I only say this because Jason and his crew were the first group to get it done RIGHT the FIRST time and it was so refreshing. Not to mention, I never thought I would be excited about a roof, but it looks beautiful and really changed the look of my home. Thank you Jason and Sky Manor Roofing for making this such an easy process, taking pride in your work, and making sure everything was done to perfection. I highly recommend them! It is so hard to find people that take pride in their work. Thank you again to Jason and his crew for making this a wonderful experience!

Sky Manor just finished replacing my roof, and I have to say that the entire experience was top-shelf from start to finish! I know contractors commonly get a bad rap, but these guys are the exception. Cody King was my Project Manger, and he was an absolute delight to work with. In addition, the care and respect given to my home by the entire crew was admirable. I give them 20 stars!
