We learned of Smart Roofing through our neighbors who are in real estate and use them when they need help with a house. They did over a half dozen homes in our neighborhood. Each roof was completed in one day. The crews cleaned up well after the job. All work was completed as agreed to and the roof passed inspection the first time. The Douglas County roof inspector indicated that Smart Roofing had done a really good job. We also had painting which needed to be done and the painter (coordinated by Dave (project manager) did a very good job matching and applying the paint to both base and trim which had gotten beaten up in the hail storm. Dave (project manager) did a great job coordinating with the adjuster and the insurance company. We could not have asked for a smoother more professional process and completion of the work done on our home.
