I think the most valuable thing one can give in an industry of providing a service, is their time. Frank and Brent have given me so much of their time (and patience) to ensure I understand every step of the process in completing our work. From phone calls, creating spreadsheets, coming to every meeting with every company/contractor, you name it...they have been there! I know this company has a long list of "to do's" with many other projects out there....but they are really good at making me and our company feel like we are top of the list!
