We used Western Summit Roofing to have our roof replaced and we couldn't be happier with the service they gave us. During the initial process they gave us a detailed explanation on exactly what they would do, why they would do it, and what additional costs may be incurred so there were no surprises. They were constantly in communication with us and always responsive to our questions. The crew who did the work was extremely hardworking and professional; they finished the entire job in a day. We'd happily use Western Summit again and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for roof services.

From start to finish these guys did a great job. The project manager was very helpful through the insurance claim process and even met with the adjuster to make sure things were done right. On the day of the job the crew was on-time, hard- working, and courteous and they left our property very clean at the end of the process. Hands down one of the best contractor experiences we've had. I would highly recommend Western Summit Roofing any day of the week.

Edit: I see that Western Summit responded to my review. The reason they don't have a record of working with me was because the work was paid for by the seller of our house, not by me directly. I stand by my review. Do not use this business. I have a one year old roof with improperly installed vent covers that blew off in the first wind storm. They didnt return phone calls until I filed a better business bureau complaint. Then called to say they are travelling in India and would be back in business in 6 months to a year. Ask yourself if these are the people you want providing the warranty on your roof? Awful business, sloppy product and terrible customer service.
